Cancellation Policy
If you wish to request to cancel your order, please note that we will only accommodate requests if the order has not yet been processed. However, decision on whether the request may be cancelled will still be within the discretion of Bagsakan by Edd’s.
Please note that for COD orders, 2 unreceived orders within a period of 30 days or 2 consecutive unreceived orders will allow Bagsakan by Edd’s to suspend delivery service for a period of 3 months to the buyer.
